The Role
As the Senior Account Manager, you will be the primary contact for our Key Aftermarket Accounts, responsible for providing superior customer service and resolving customer needs to enhance the customer experience. We are looking for a self-motivated, team player who can effectively develop and manage customer relationships.
Your Impact
  • Manage assigned customers with care, concern, and diligence.
  • Execute targeted sales campaigns within assigned accounts and drive account growth.
  • Proactively identify sales opportunities within assigned account base and develop pipeline.
  • Collaborate with customers to develop long-term project roadmaps.
  • Effectively manage complete customer sales process from beginning to end.
  • Provide superior customer service and gain and maintain a customer’s trust.
  • Drive Sales opportunities within assigned account base.
  • Provide proactive customer contact to ensure we are meeting our customers' needs in all areas of post-delivery support.
What You'll Need
Requirements
  • Bachelor’s degree, preferably in Engineering or Marketing (MBA a plus).
  • 5 years’ experience in account management, preferably within high-tech software industry.
  • Strong leadership, organizational, conflict and project management, and communication skills required.
  • Solid interpersonal skills and the ability to work cross-functionally and at different levels of the organization are important.
  • Proficiency with Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, and PowerPoint).
